At Egon’s Emporium, we strive to keep your purchase as safe and secure during the packing phase as possible. We utilize bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and air bubbles or a combination of them all - whichever is deemed fit.  We try to keep costs as low as possible to pass as much savings on to you, or valued customer.   

Our shipping couriers are currently the United States Postal Service and FedEx.  Other options may be available to you in the near future.  When choosing the courier, we attempt to use the most cost effective, quickest, and best insured option for you.  All paid items usually ship within three business days.

RETURNS

At Egon’s Emporium, we take great pride in our return policy.  In the event you receive an item that has been damaged by our courier, which at times could look like the item was on the receiving end of a baseball bat, we will gladly work with you on full or partial refunds or exchanges if possible.   

We simply request you contact us via e-mail with photographs of your item and the condition of the box (inside and outside with packing materials) it was shipped in.  We will contact you as quickly as possible to rectify the issue to keep you, our beloved customer, happy.
